To chronicle and curate leadership practices (evidence and experience-based) used by Canada's health workforce and the system to address the COVID-19 challenge.
To explore together as leaders, what existing, experience-based and emerging/innovative leadership decisions and practices should be used to build our future health and care system.

The Canadian Health Leadership Network (CHLNet) has embarked on an action research project in support of our mandate to build health leadership capacity and capabilities across the country.
