Ramping Back Up Tool for OR/Surgery
There will be an increase in the demand of resources when ORs return to service due to the backlog of
surgeries which needs to be accounted for.

The intent of this tool is to recognize that the number and complexities of surgical slates has knock effects beyond OR staffing; cumulating in impacts to required provider occupation types and effort through from PACU, Lab, DI, to in-patient units. It is a short-term planning tool for ramping back up to help identify baseline staffing requirements of OR and in-patient units.
