Innovations Database

CHWN is pleased to re-launch its online searchable database of health workforce innovations to address ongoing health system challenges across practitioner groups and sectors.

It builds on the foundational database of health workforce innovations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, supported by Healthcare Excellence Canada (formerly the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement).

You can undertake a basic search by three types of innovations – those that aim to increase numbers, flexibility, and availability/support - practitioner or setting; you can also undertake an advanced search with more details.

Our aim is to structure this information in a readily accessible manner for a range of users. So, we would be pleased to have your feedback through a short “RATE THIS TOOL” feedback form.
